| Today was my birthday. I was so happy. I was thinking about what my mom would give me. When the party began, myy dad and mom brought a big cake, cookies, ice cream and candy. Then my friends came over. First we danced, and then played toys. Then we ate the cake, sang happy birthday and ate other things. Then it was time for me to open the gifts. All of the gifts were very special. I liked a duck toy my best friend gave me. She said maybe it could be my lucky duck. I opened my mom's gift last. Then, when I opened it I gazp. I saw a book about dragons, other mythical creatures and gods, and a blue notebook with white flowers on it and a special blue and white pen. I thought my mom gave me the best gift. Then my friends and I played some more until they needed to go home. | |
